I love how subtle her tattoo is, compared to some edits. Clearly visible, but not too flashy. Really shows how comfortable and confident she is in her superiority. No need to broadcast it to the entire world, they already know what she is.
The character is Tallinn(Formally Lützow & Petropavlovsk), the 5th Admiral Hipper Class cruiser. The Kriegsmarine never completed her & she was sold to the Soviet Union, which used her against the German invasion later on.
This looks like a fun 'what if she was never sold' or if the IronBlood took her back ^^
