Does this mean posts that time out are usually more because of low quality / quality control rather than just noone looked at it before the time-out happened? Is there any way to see if a post had been actively rejected or just received no attention at all ?

pretty useless since they never get reviewed when we appeal

I got 3 of mine disapproved by one approver yet, they're bleach themed. I'll try to flag them too
