Almost every female character from Victor & Valentino, not just Charlene, if any of them is in SERIOUS need of BWC it's Xotchi.
*EDIT* also the girls from Craig of the Creek as well as Donna and Roberta Tubbs from The Cleveland Show.

I'm gonna say Steven Universe characters. Thats like PRIME material right there. And it might piss off their highly toxic fanbase
