Opinions on V2

I have my own thoughts on this updated interface, but what do you guys think? Personally I’m a fan of the the ability to vote on comments, but I dislike the loss of accounts, favorites, profile pictures, and the homepage.

Loss of Accounts: This wasn't something we consciously chose. We did our utmost to salvage account data, and we are still working on figuring out if we can get old favorite tables back, but Moebooru was abandonware and the database breaking was inevitable the longer we stayed on it.
Profile Pictures: We are thinking of a means of adding these back. I personally think it's doable, but we're working on it.
Homepage: The site theming is not finished yet. We didn't want to keep the site down while "nonessentials" were being worked on.

Yes I for one am missing the profile pictures, as usually though I just hate how SLOW the site is. Especially in relation to other, more popular Boorus. Though I suppose that can't be helped.

The site is better and I'm probably one of the few people that is fine with not having profile pictures.

Although the lost of pfp and accounts are regretable, I feel having video support makes up for it.

What happened to being able to tell if a picture is a child/series posts? If I see a picture that’s part of a series, how do I know with this new layout?

My main issue is that there are so many pages. Otherwise, its a lot better, and I think the admins should be commended for their work.

You can change how many posts are visible per page in your profile settings.

Bro... I made an account just to say this and I'll only say it once. BRING BACK THE BROWSE OPTION. It is literally the only functionality a booru needs other than tags. And it is beyond me how anybody could use this site or any other booru without the ability to move from post to post. How could the old broken version have it and the new and shiny one doesn't come stock standard with that? For god's sake, bring it back. I don't want to open a billion tabs.

Okay just saw that you CAN use A and D on posts but it still sucks having to load the entire webpage instead of just the pictures alone on a black background like before - with the images fit to your monitor.

Yea A and D are pretty much useless. The whole site it. You get 6 tags to try and filter out the same shit tagged 3 different ways and blacklisting a tag will just bring it up anyway only you'll have to skip by an empty page. Insanely slow and unresponsive and to no surprise it's way worse adding a generic booru page worth of pointless trash on top of the loading. Apparently while it was down it also got inundated with low-tier art as well. And now there's real porn on here? Major, major, major downgrade.

I would prefer if PFP was brought back. Also browsing on phones is harder because you can't open links to posts in a new tab by clicking on an image and instead have to follow through for each post
