Nothing against it on the site rules unless I'm blind and can't read (or this thread is the progenitor for a new rule). You can use catbox.moe for the image and post the link here or attempt to upload it to the booru itself (there are rules against "low quality" IRL images of random people but if you ask your slave for permission there's no rule or law breaking)

If I remember correctly, it could be because of ISPs like Verizon, Comcast/Xfinity being very banhammer happy so they put the sites like that on blocklists. If that's the case: you have to change the DNS to either Google's or something Quad8, Quad9 will not work.

I find it very weird because I remember I used to see tattoos that aligns with bleached/alt-right like dudes with 1488/swastika tattoos. and some guy actually managed to get Kanna with the caption "Anatomy Of A [REDACTED]" tattooed,. I'm going to assume it's a private tattoo artist/parlor they went to or they did it themselves. Doesn't hurt to try it yourself but do be careful because of infections and possible AIDS, also look for reputable ones too.

You technically don't have to wait, I'm pretty sure just changing your secure DNS in your browser to Google's or something similar that doesn't block it will help. If that doesn't work, maybe change your DNS on your PC.
Also I'm assuming that I guess catbox does allows bleached because I need to find something that lets me upload some bleached designs I saw off some lady's bleached account. (For the record, the designs are mostly catered to black women who like bleached but I thought they looked cool because of the retrowave art style and color schemes on the designs)

If you're so desperate to share the photos why not upload them to realbooru or just use mega and post the link here? - there's no rules against off-site links.
