No Upload Feedback Thread

There is no upload feedback thread, and I was told to go there if I wanted to appeal my post deletions, which I do, because they were only deleted for not being approved after 72 hours, which doesn't actually tell me if there was something wrong with them or not.

Turns out I misread, and there was a reason provided for why my posts were rejected. But my point still stands that there should be an ACTUAL pinned feedback thread
