Add Option to Block Comments/Forum Posts from Certain Users

If you're going to unban actual trolls on this website who sockpuppeted and only serve to cause problems, at least give us the option to block them so we don't have to deal with their verbal gonorrhea. You can block (blacklist) uploads but not comments or forum posts.

I don't know if it's possible to do that without using any scripts but that would be nice. Also add something that blocks usernames because it contains a certain keyword or phrase you need to block out.
Also there needs to be something that basically limits who messages you like with other sites where you can talk with everyone, a few people you listed, or just completely disable it except for mods if they have something important to tell you.
If that's not possible and I can't find scripts, making one would be possible.

Also they need to do something about the page where I can see posts, I don't like how there's empty pages when posts in my blacklist are removed and it leaves with a void or uneven space.

See if adding the username to the blacklist holds the same effect

It can only blacklist tags and artists but usernames? I don't think so or am I doing something wrong?
