The Thousand Week Reich mod for HOI4 is pretty fun, despite its devs being Reddit leftist “Wehraboos amirite?? XD Also Stalin did nothing wrong” types. I am working on a rewrite of it to correct these issues as well as make historical corrections. Also the Apple TV Series “For All Mankind” is really good, until they started inserting politics into it.

kaiserreich is also a pretty good mod from what I've heard haven't played it yet
and as for anything else well I like the fallout games except for 4 and 76
The stuff I make myself is my favorite. I'm a big fan of my scenarios where Carthage wrecks Rome, or where Italy does awesome.
Had a hard time answering until now.
Fullmetal Alchemist 2003, one of the best anime that I’ve ever watched!

I'm big on Kaiserreich! Obviously kind of a milquetoast but I got into early and still enjoy the way it's world is built

I see that the staff has particularly good tastes.
Jin Roh's manga and books have such interesting world building and play very well into its "what if" aspect with how much every event impacts the setting.
The Man in the High Castle
not bad...
Favorite alt history is that we completely invaded Vietnam and Korea. Officially annexing these countries but making them territory of The United States of America.

Based
the BioShock games
WW2 never happened in the Tintin universe. I think that opens a lot in the way of worldbuilding and alternate universe events. What would the world be like if certain wars never occured?

based HOI4 player
There are various HOI4 mods I love a lot
But for a actually media, I gotta pick Wolfenstein, Germany winnning WW2 has been always a fascanating alternative timeline, because its so close to ours and its fun in the case of Wolfenstein for example to see how the 80s looked like if the Nazis won
