It's the reverse in the US now. Men with high body counts are encouraged, and men with low body counts as seen very negatively. The government occasionally even says that men with low body counts are serious dangers to society.

Just to be clear, while you shouldnt actually think racemixing is a good thing if you are an ethnic nationalism, the reality is the dynamic is still the opposite. Racial purity is more about preserving your races women, because white women are the only ones that can have "racially pure" whites. White men being sent out to interbreed with other women just increases the genetic prevalence of white genes, as women are the bottleneck not men. All those white women back home will still have pure white children regardless of what the other white men are getting up to away from home. Of course the calculous is different if you import the non-whites to your country, though. I'm more talking about white men as explorers going to other countries and marrying there.
Also while it's not as likely, if you have kids with your hapa girl, and her kids have kids with white men, eventually there will come a point where you can actually have pure white decedents, because you obviously only inherit half your genes from your mother. If she is 95% or even 99% white, it's quite likely the half genes you inherit will be the 50% fully white ones, not the 1%-5% nonwhite ones. This is also why some people who have kids with a half black, half white woman have 2 children and one looks more black and the other more white. One child got more of the white genes and one got more of the black.
