Thoughts on physic and appearance

Posted under General

So, I don't know if such a question was lifted on this forum (probably yes), but I feel the need to post anyway.
I'm wondering what body type/look ladies and gentlemen here prefer? For myself (skinny, a bit underweight guy) it's the curvy and chubby mostly, but the buff, fit mommies are hot too. It's a thing that I would love to cuddle and feel the woman's body, appreciate its weight and texture. Love both the flappy tummies and hard abs, can't decide the best of it.
Feel free to discuss and ask questions here.

I always appreciate big butts and thighs. But facial shape is always good too, especially eyes are quite nice. Mostly ass though, the bigger the butt the easier they can handle the bwc.

Interesting. What kind of eyes though? The big round one or the squinted ones? I have never thought about their shape, because I was okay with every form of eye untill the person herself was nice.

Any, I find green and brown attractive. Blue reminds me of white women and I honestly don't enjoy sex with them much.

I like all types of girls too as long as they aren’t too exaggerated (too fat, too muscular, too skinny, etc). My favourite though? I like fit girls, lean with a bit of nice muscle/fat around their thighs and ass. I honestly don’t mind tit size, if anything having them be too big is a bit of a turn off if it looks like it’s off kilter or balance lol. I prefer a perky robust look, like anything from delicate ballerina too agile gymnast physique on women. Height? Don’t mind honestly, but I think I’d prefer a little shorter than me only because women themselves tend to prefer guys being taller than they are. Tall women are great though!

Those are my thoughts.

For men my favs are skinny (♡•♡) and muscular

And for women i like them like me curvy And on the shorter side( Nothing wrong with a tall girl.I love all girls) they tend to be easier to manipulate ♡~♡

The main thing is that the body should be healthy and strive for it , this applies to both men and women, any physique that does not harm human health is good in itself. I am also trying to become healthier, not very successfully, but I have some achievements :)

Well done! But you know, it's not necessary to go to the gym, I work out at home, yes, maybe I don't have an abundance of exercise equipment (Two dumbbells and a w-shaped barbell, as well as a sports bench, though I don't know exactly what it's called), but I have my body, it's enough to do most exercises, such as push-ups or squats, there are many multi-joint exercises that require very little sports equipment, so it's not worth buying a gym membership, you can do a huge amount of exercises at home. So it's worth remembering that simple walks also help to keep yourself in good condition. So personally, I think that not everyone needs a gym, a lot of people can just work out at home and spend money on healthier food, not on a gym.... Ahem. Ahem.... I understand that this is personal, but what is your body weight? Just out of curiosity. For example, with a height of 172.5 centimeters, I weigh 110 kilograms

Seconding this. I have been working out for a while now and the most significant strength gains I have made have been off of the basics such as pullups, pushups etc

I agree with a lot of what you say about gyms, gym memberships are not necessary but I will add a counterpoint just for nuance: For some people gyms can be good psychologically as getting out the house to go to a spot dedicated purely to exercise can motivate you and help with habit building in a way that just doing it at home can't.

Going to a gym can also be a way to connect with people. And while working with weights provide a higher risk of injury its sort of balanced out by those strongbuilt shit brickhouse fat 40 year olds that will come and rigorously correct your form if you do anything wrong.

Lastly progressing with bodyweight exercises might be a bit hard to get into for a beginner without a proper guide. And with weights or machines you usually know how to use them and progressing is as easy as adding weights. With my experience I don't really struggle with bodyweight progressions but I know plenty of may find it hard to grasp at first. (If you want a good guide check out the book "convict conditioning" or go to startbodyweight.com,)

If you weigh that much at that height you are likely overweight, I hope most of it is muscle but I agree with your comment. I work out exclusively from home and all I’ve got is an adjustable bench and dumbbells for chest and tricep isolation work. I mostly do calisthenics and have been working on getting more of a gymnast/acrobat physique, where it’s actually using the whole body to move efficiently. I still need more upper body strength though. And yeah going for regular walks helps a lot with general health.

I’m 183cm so right on 6’, and weigh 72kg now (used to weigh 60kg!), but I think I need to gain more muscle and then cut down the fat to get at my goal weight of 75kg of lean strong and aesthetic muscle development. I’ve also been using grip strength trainers too and so far can now do 140lb (63kg) grips for 2 reps. I started from doing 8 reps of 100lb (45kg) grips for context, they are really tough. My main issue though I think is diet and sleep tbh, and I just can’t force myself to change my habits so quickly.

Yes, I have a certain degree of obesity, in fact I have the same problems with sleep and nutrition as you do... And as for the physique, imagine a powerlifter, but with a little more fat and a height of 172.5 centimeters, that's about how I look. So, I am more than sure that for everyone who is gaining weight, the problem is that their sleep schedule and eating habits are disrupted, especially eating habits, because you adopt them to some extent from your parents, which is why you almost from childhood begin to either eat right, like your parents, or you eat poorly, like your parents

Thanks for the advices, I will try to follow them. About the weight, then... I'm not sure, I was measuring it long ago, but, as I'm saying, I feel and look very underweight with a thin hands, 187 cm height. I would say it's less than a 80kg, but I will check it later and do the update on it here, guys!

It jumps around a lot but at the moment I like petite women ( small height, small boobies )
