Upside down heart symbol, opinion?

I've seen some upside down hearts symbols that I've mistaken for a spade at first.
There is no "trunk" underneath it.

What do you guys think about it?
Is it just a simplified spade or do yous till consider it heart symbol with potential bleached connotation?

Let's say a girl wear a heart nipple pasty upside down, do you think she's softly implying blacked?

Idk sometimes it is some sort of ulterior mode. If you can find it out through their account. Thought I would feed into the possible delusions

Hmmmm….
On the opinion, if you have a QoH symbol INSIDE of the upside down heart and you make the design Red or Teal or any color other than black, I think we can make it work
