Trump already had way less deportations than Obama in his first term. This isn't gonna be any different. He's gonna deport, sure, but not to the degree people think he will.

Misleading, there was lower immigration under trump. This is like saying the japanese deport far less people than usa. Yes, because they let in far less illegals.
But yes ill be suprised if net immigration even becomes 0 under trump.

I don't wanna start a argument or anything but typically that's controlled by the individuals and companies/ millionaire who can just buy a building complex and run it up so I doubt things will change a lot because historically, the president has very little say over stuff

Supply and demand. If there isn't a lot of demand they cant raise the prices because people will have too many options elsewhere.
