Making this announcement due to recent commenting.
Per the comment rules, all comments must be written in English or provide an English translation. This is for the ease of moderation in policing comments, which is already a taxing task, and because it does help discourage misuse of the comments section (it is not a space for you to hold lengthy conversations).
However, you can of course still post in your language of choice using the private mail system, and I am also fine with there being a single forum topic dedicated to conversing in a specific language (as I know the Russian community on this site is quite large).
"Single forum topic" should be adhered to in this case, however. Much like how there is only one RP thread, there should realistically only be one foreign language thread, and these types of threads should additionally only be made for languages with a substantial amount of users on the site.
So, no, you cannot make a Basque or Sami language thread.
Anyhow, that is all.
