How to get posts approved and uploaded?

So I'm trying to upload stuff. I just uploaded one, but i checked my other upload and it was seemingly deleted because it wasn't approved in 3 days, but why not? Also good sourcing vs bad sourcing? Apparently a direct link to the artist's account is bad sourcing? Does it need direct link to the specific image instead? Thanks in advance, just hoping to bring exposure to my favorite artists and hopefully see them get more edits.

For your first image: Things tend to not get approved from time to time because the queue sits filled with no one checking it. Just submit for an appeal
