American former top hero? Captain Celebrity/ Christopher Skyline. 6'3", blonde hair, bluish looking eyes, former fame chaser but went through character arc and become great dude.

American Top hero currently (until she dies)? Star and Stripe/ Cathleen Bate. 6'4", blonde hair, blue eyes, absolutely great and inspiring.
