I’ve tried designing a spade tattoo with a swastika over it, only issue is that it makes it look like “blacked Nazi” or something, whereas I want it to be more like crossing out or “correcting” the spade tattoo.

You could try using alternating colour palettes. QoS tattoos' commonly used colour palette is black (because they're that self indulgent and narcissistic) whereas QoH tattoos are usually red (white for the black girls to make their tattoos clear from their skin).
Maybe you can make the QoS spade black while making the Swastika red/white to signify the girl's change of taste?
If it's not good enough, you can try to implement words into the tattoo, like the SpadeSlayer Skull Tattoo. Have a black font Snowbunny underneath the spade and an overlapping red/white font 'Bleach' covering the 'Snow'. Or put underneath the Snowbunny a red/white font 'BLEACHED'. The possibilities are endless.
