great work but how did you even edit the skin color in the gif, would love to know the method!
This kind of gif can be exported to gimp as its constituent frames, so it’s a background, and about 90 frames that are mostly transparent on top of it. I just use the same tools to edit the skin tone on each frame. There are some tricks to speed things up, like reusing your selection masks from frame to frame, and creating color curve presets so the skin edit is the same from frame to frame, but these still take WAY longer than editing a static image, I spent about 12 hours editing this.
