Different color palette version of:

Now with an added outline that's admittedly somewhat scuffed looking upon closer inspection and scrutiny.
This bleached censor bar is how I remember "the old censor bar" looking like, even though "the old censor bar" never existed in the first place. I probably confused the censor bar with the supreme logo or QOH color palette or even the flag of the German Reich.
