It was always a mystery when her husband left off with the words "plus you used to.." Only to get the look from her.
But its clear what she used to do in her past.. turning tricks for abusive white men in hopes they spare the struggling latina enough money to finally get a place to stay. Sleeping with their landlord and his friends if it meant not having to pay for a short while.. All for the sake of her husband and son, right..?
At least that's what she tells herself but.. There certainly are days when her past comes to mind.. Some part of her quivering at the thought of doing it all. Over. Again..~
