Hm...now that's a really, really good question. There are multiple I'd like, not from Genshin tho, but especially Ashley Graves from the Coffin of Andy and Leyley, and Blemishine from Arknights speak to me. Though I'm not sure if there's good art of those two. Lemme just say tho - Hu Tao? You got some good taste.
