Booru Rules
The Bleachbooru is first and foremost a site dedicated to the hosting of Bleached content, with a few other themes seen as "adjacent" and thus also allowed to be posted.
What constitutes content suitable to be posted on the Bleachbooru can include any of the following:
- A white male having sex with a nonwhite female (This includes dark elves, orcs, etc.)
- A white male topping a nonwhite male (Again, this includes dark elves, orcs, etc.)
- Content that puts a white male into a "desirable" status of some sort, which would include femdom content where a nonwhite female takes him by force.
- A character in "theme clothing", which includes queen of hearts chokers, Bleached gymwear, etc.
- All "raceplay" (sexual racism) content that emphasizes the desirability/dominance/etc of white men, or adjacent themes to this. This includes various types of femdom where a nonwhite female tops, white female humiliation by nonwhite females, and other niche themes. If unsure, please ask a moderator.
- Polplay and outfits related to white supremacist / white loving ideals (i.e. national socialism, "Amerikini", etc.)
- Skin edits that turn a nonwhite male into a white male, or a female into a white or nonwhite.
- Edits that place a tattoo onto a girl that fits the Bleached theme or related political themes.
What does NOT constitute content suitable to be posted on the Bleachbooru can include any of the following:
- "Plain Pinups", an image of a solo girl without any editing. Even if she is nonwhite, it doesn't count.
- Edge Case: If the plain pinup in question is part of a set (comic, CG set, etc.) then it CAN be posted. In this instance, please ensure the posts are properly parented and/or in a pool.
- "Original White-on-White": An image of two white characters having sex with one another.
- Note: Characters that are confirmed Asian being paired with a white or ambiguously white male are permitted to be posted.
- Note: Original White-on-White deletions do not apply to animated content with sound that meets a sufficient quality standard.
- "Polplay": All polplay barring white supremacist ideology, or love of white nations, does not count.
Furthermore, the Bleachbooru does not allow any of the following to be posted:
- 3DCG Loli
- Toddlercon
- Low Quality Edits (See: Quality Control)
- All Blacked content
- Non-explicitly Bleached HMOFA content
- Dangerous IRL Editing: While editing JAV stars, cosplayers, and other such public figures is fine, editing IRL individuals who are liable to harass the Booru or are not public sexual figures (Examples: Twitter user with active base, your neighbor, OnlyFans nobody, etc.) is not.
- AI Art: The Booru will not host any art that was created with the use of AI programs. There will be very few, if any, exceptions to this rule.
- Memes, Statistics, Etc.: This is not Reddit.
Quality Control
Quality Control is the Booru Moderation Team's primary job, and it involves removing all low quality content from the Bleachbooru. The following details can have a post deleted on a quality control basis:
- "PNG Dragging": Unwarped, unblended tats that have been placed onto the image.
- Phone Editing: It is very obvious if your phone or a low-quality program has been used to edit due to the presence of watermarks. Do not ever use these programs. Examples of acceptable photo editing programs are Photoshop, GIMP, and Paint.NET.
- Poor Warping: If you have done little to no warping, or your warping is excessively poor.
- Poor Blending: If the tats do not "blend", meaning they have not been given appropriate editing to account for lighting.
- Aliasing: If the tats or the skin edit are excessively aliased (jagged edges appear).
- Uncropped: If the tats have not been appropriately cropped (i.e. a tat is covering hair when it shouldn't)
- Poor Skin Editing: If the male is excessively desaturated, very yellow, or too pink.
- Poor Caption Formatting: Block text, improperly aligned text, poor grammar and spelling, and poor font choices (Never use Impact or Comic Sans, for instance).
- Sample Size Image: An edit of an image sample rather than the full image. Please use saucenao and other reverse image searches to find the highest resolution version of the image you wish to edit available.
- Low Quality Art: An image that is considered of too low of a quality to be allowed on the Booru. This is a very subjective deletion, and should be exercised with caution by the moderator.
- Low Effort: Overly simplistic edits, such as pasting just a censor bar over a girl’s eyes and little else or putting a PNG of a girl above a background, will not be permitted.
- Non-English Captions: This is only relevant on the part of user made captions, not text that is present in the original image! If a user makes a caption in a non-English language, a translation of the text must be provided via the Notes feature.
If you ever have a post deleted, you are at liberty to bring this up to the moderation team and appeal the deletion.
Rule List
Section I: Tagging
1. Newly uploaded images must at least have 10 tags.
a. Artist tag
b. Copyright/series tag
c. Character tags
d. Editor tag, if applicable
e. As many more descriptive/general tags as required to hit the 10-tag minimum. Preferred for edits are descriptions of the editing work done e.g. "skin_edit".
f. This is not an exhaustive list. Tagging the races of characters, their body types, and anything else you can think of is desirable, as it exceeds the 10-tag minimum.
g. Persistently failing to sufficiently tag uploads may result in a ban, or a revocation of upload privileges.
2. If available, where the image was sourced from should be added in the source box. E.G. Pixiv, Twitter, Artstation links. Do not use other Boorus as the source unless if the original source has been deleted (Pixiv and Twitter can sometimes remove the OP) or is unavailable elsewhere (such as is often the case with paid content).
3. Extreme content (lolicon and shotacon; snuff, ryona, and "disposal") must be tagged appropriately. Failure to tag such content appropriately may result in a ban or a revocation of uploading privileges.
4. Animated GIFs of low-quality 3DCG animation, or of IRL sex, are not appropriate content for the Booru. High-quality 3DCG animation may be permitted.
Section II: Moderation
5. Users should flag content that breaks the above rules for deletion by a moderator.
6. When deleting content, moderators should explain why they are deleting it, and include their Booru username in the deletion reason.
7. Moderators and janitors are expected to keep in contact with the team by the means provided by the administration.
8. Moderators are expected to generally only delete content that breaks rules. However, Moderators and administrators reserve the right to delete content even if it is not explicitly against any rules for reasons that are deemed as acceptable by the rest of the moderation staff or an administrator (such as rules-skirting edits that are inflammatory, reprehensible, antisocial to the community, or simply not interesting to be uploaded). In these cases, moderators should notify the rest of the team before a deletion is made.
In essence, moderators and admins reserve the right to remove posts for any reason.
Section III: Other Rules
9. Using the Booru to coordinate raids on other sites is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.
10. Spamming the Booru with unrelated images, or erasing or adding garbage to tags, is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.
11. All content on the Booru is expected to follow the laws of its jurisdiction. In particular, child sexual abuse imagery ("CSAM") is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. We also will not tolerate any discussion about legalizing CP, or allowing MAPs to be more tolerated in society. People who advocate such positions will be banned.
12. Targeted harrassment of users for any reason will not be tolerated, unless if said user is into it.
13. Please adhere to the Comment Rules in order to avoid being banned.
14. Do not use the forums to appeal any deleted posts. Message a mod directly.
