What is the left's obession with Trump?

Posted under General

I was going to write a huge paragraph but got bored along the way. I think it just boils down to this:

Trump is uncontrollable and is willing to die for his beliefs. Trump's ideology of populism, traditionalism, protectionism, and individualism is antithetical to the elite's anti-humanist ideas. People are naive, stupid, or too afraid to confront the fact that the world they live in is a lie and are susceptible to the media's psychological warfare.

So obviously Doland duck has won the election yet again ( after the opposing party subbed out their candidate for another one, who saw this coming!? ) and the reaction from certain people has been as expected - complete outrage and mental breakdown - " oh no the evil orange man won now he's going to ban being gay!!! " and it's just made me question like - why do the SJW leftys hate this man so much?
Like legitimately I don't understand it the most controversial thing he's ever done is roll back roe v wade and it's not like they weren't already hating on this man before he did that I just really don't understand the irrational hatred for him when previous candidates got nowhere near this amount of vitriolic seething hatred thrown towards them even when they were as bad as someone like Bill Clinton - if you ask most people WHY they dislike him they'll claim something along the lines of " He's racist " or " He's a misogonist " and it's like ok? That's not unique to him in the slightest and you can bet your bank account Kamala Harris has some " out-dated " opinons or views on any given group of people or policies again the real TLDR here is me trying to wrap my head around the media ( & general public's ) complete and sheer distain for this man inspite of being no worse than any previous political candidate of the last 80 years

You can gesture to his authoritarian tendencies, his complete lack of any visible morality, his campaigning on things that make it easy to vilify him, but it really all just boils down to one simple thing.

Donald Trump is disgusting. He's a loathsome parasite with no redeeming qualities in appearance, ability, personality, or philosophy.

Also some people don't have the memories of goldfish and recall him absolutely fucking up everything COVID-related.

Did Donald Trump shoot your dog or something, why are you so assmad about him. I’m no Trump ride or die all the way MAGA whatever guy, but like this is the kind of random hatred against the man that makes me like him lol. I get it he’s a bad person when you dig under the surface, but just look at any of the democrats, or any other of the Republican establishment shills. At least he kind of does stuff differently than how a regular puppet would go along with being the president. Hopefully Trump continues doing trump things so people like you don’t get bored of life

May it be surmised that you are a frequenter of reddit.com? I would call this analysis of Trump's character to be a complete lie at best.

Yea the fact that people can be this delusional is insane, but half the country is.

False, quite the opposite, he called out epstein and banned him from his properties.

He flew on the Lolita Express several times (I've seen numbers ranging from 1 to 7) in the 90s, flights being between NY and Florida. As you said, he never went to the island. He barred Epstein from his properties after catching him flirting with an underage employee at Mar-a-Lago. Trump was also the only one to testify against Epstein in his first criminal case in the early 2000s. All of this is from leftist sources.

Also, I don’t want to come across as someone who kisses Trump's ass. Although I like the man, he’s far from perfect, and I’ve criticized him many times. But, in my opinion, he is absolutely necessary.

The Left hate him because anyone vaguely right wing to them is a disgusting subhuman to them as they represent everything they view as evil. Well that and they are genuinely insane to the point they actually believe Trump wants to commit a genocide against the various minorities they claim to protect. Despite the fact they are currently saying how they'll be calling ICE on their Latino neighbours because they voted for Trump.

Wouldn't everyone who was involved do the same? Whenever a notable celebrity/politician gets caught, many of their benefactors/customers will disassociate themselves such as with Sean Combs and Harvey Weinstein.

After they get caught not before. It's a social clique for the elites, so they want to be connected and friends with each other.

It's hard to say whether Trump was oblivious to it all or knowingly mingled with the depravity and later regretted it. He is pretty much a straight-edge (no alcohol, no drugs). The flight logs haven’t been officially released, though they were leaked (Trump isn't in them), but the validity of these leaks is uncertain. You can play a little game by looking at the supposed client list person by person and see the weird and creepy things they have said and done, like Chrissy Teigen, or when Isaac Kappy exposed all of them before being suicided. But it's clear to me almost all high profile celebrities are complicit.

Trump didnt go to the island, but i thought he did use the plane, because litteraly everyone famous went on the plane at least once because it's litteraly just a private airliner and rich people like flying on private jets. We do know trump wasnt oblivious because he litteraly called out epstein for "liking them young" and then banning him from his properties before epstein ever got arrrested.

In any case people should banter shitted lovers out of existence now even in their own spaces. We're so back and it's over for cucks and groids.

The threads about "What I hate about racism/bleached" follows the same trend of turncoats fleeing a sinking ship. So many gormless, funless assholes outing themselves under the guise of "criticism" to only list out almost every facet of Bleached as bad, and "we (you) can (will) be better (or else more tone policing)".

To preface, I don't consider myself to be part of either side politically, I think democrats and republicans both have a ton of flaws, but I've been on both sides in the past myself (conservative when I was younger, liberal more recently, and right now not in the middle but not on either side). I think above all else, people hate him because he's just really stupid and acts like he isn't, knowing all his supporters won't bat an eye to it. He could say the most provably, factually, obviously incorrect and dumb shit and the vast vast majority of his supporters are so far up his ass that they'll just roll with it, and he knows that. Obviously Kamala Harris has plenty of flaws, but the difference is that most leftists can observe when a candidate is behaving poorly and call it out. Like most of the people I know and surround myself with are leftists, and when Harris said some shit in support of Israel, not a single person on the left I saw or heard, both online and offline, agreed with it and they rightfully got on her ass about it and didn't let up until the election, and even still now. And if you try to give Trump any shit for anything stupid he says, he can just brush it off like it's nothing because the only people Trump cares about are his own circle, not anybody in the US to any degree unless you have a net worth that's at least 10 digits. And Harris wasn't really any better, but she at least seemed like she wanted to try to fix at least some things, while Trump seems fully confident in promising highly controversial things that will undoubtedly send this country into an even worse state than it already is. And the only reason he'll be able to do it so easily is because he only hires and surrounds himself with people who blindly kiss his ass with every word he says, because he knows that's the easiest method to get his way on everything. Like just earlier today he put on a fucking Fox News reported as the literal Secretary of Defense for the entire country. Is the dude qualified in any way to have a position like that? Absolutely not, and Trump knows that fully, because he knows he's gonna listen to his every word and do whatever he's told to with no pushback or critical thinking. Trump doesn't care about anybody with any sort of qualifications because every qualified person knows he's retarded.

Everything you said is the opposite. Trump "acts" stupid by using simple speeches in public, but isnt actualy. Trump supporters dont support everything he does and he got boo'ed by his own crowd when he brought up something dumb like vaccines. His crowed also didnt like his first term picks which disprove ur point about him surrounding himself with yes men. He himself admitted the biggest mistake he did was hire establishment goons that hated him for the first term, that is why now he is changing it. Trump is also one of the only politicians that cares about the common man and goes out of his way to help them which is why they like him.

My take is that his policies and ideals go against everything that his primary political opponents stand for. People associated with him are strongly anti-LGBTQ+, have espoused policies that go against secularism, and more. His speeches and actions are generally considered controversial, even by the standards of modern politics. Is it really a surprise that him and his supporters naturally become the main focus of attention. The same can be said viceversa. The Republicans and the Democrats have always been at each other's throats, but the past few years have just made it more visible and expanded the scope significantly.

Trump is probably the most pro-lgbt and pro-secularism republican, he was the first republican to win the popular vote in decades. That said, i dont consider such things as good, only that it's how he is.
