Because for a good chunk of people in Bleached they don't have much going on in their lives outside of saying they're White and therefore superior. So anything that seems to go counter against that (even if it's harmless) is seen as an existential threat to their identity.

You can probably avoid any ED issues even with a huge dick just by leading a healthy life and not abusing things like viagra even as you get older. This kink was a reactionary response to blacked with a lot of users finding this site after having enough of the AI/Edit and actively seeking the oppisite as a revenge thing. The kinks are also directly in conflict with each-other, they can't really get along or co-exist.

As for a new hobby that's up to you, I find playing guitar to be pretty satasying and nice.
