I've noticed that there's a high demand both for and from femboys in this kinkspace and I find it rather odd considering the amount of people who lurk on the forums who are anti-gay, anti-jewish and anti anything that isn't straight whites but for some reason femboys are fine for them.

It's probably because there aren't enough women for all the men here. It's a 1-5, 1-10 F to M ratio (not even counting the ones just roleplaying as female) so from a straight white guy dom's perspective, I gradually expand my horizon. I can't really say what drives white femboys to this community, but i do have theories as to why non-white femboys are so prevalent.
First, Occam's Razor: femboys are generally more likely to be submissive and into certain kinks with power dynamics like raceplay. Non-white femboys, naturally, would be driven towards bleached rather than blacked (non-black ones might also like blacked, but generally speaking they're probably gonna enjoy bleached). Since there aren't many spaces to enjoy bleached (especially of the gay variety), they come to this site as one of the few places to get their fix.
Second, let me put on my sociologist hat for a moment. Certain groups like African-Americans or Latinos place a lot of emphasis on their men being "macho" or very masculine. This is socialized into them from a young age. As you can imagine, being an effeminate gay bottom would not make you popular among your kin who hold these values. Therefore, non-white femboys would be more likely to seek out white guys, since white people (generally speaking) would be more likely to accept their identity or sleep with them. Their style or clique is seen as "white culture" and shunned from their home community, so they fall in with a group willing to accept them.

White femboys and trannies being in large numbers here also is quite simple. Femboys/trannies tend to be more "terminally online" and thus fall into extremist politics, either left or right wing. Being a centrist isn't really an "ideology" it's more just normal socialization conforming to the current societal norms. There isn't anyone who starts at some philosophical axiom or first principal and ends up centrist as it's not an ideology based on theory like communism, fascism, libertarianism, etc, instead it's just "what is currently normal"
Oh finally a thread I can yap in.
As someone who is Bisexual and currently dating a femboy (with both of us into Bleached), I think the answer lies in who is who on this link's hierarchy but also as well the natural evolution of the gay community's tastes.
For starters on some context. A Femboy, or Twink as they used to be called, were generally the bottoms in a relationship. That's not to say there was never a Top twink/femboy but generally speaking they bottomed. Though rare at the time there has been an uptick in their numbers. Which I believe is in conjunction with gay acceptance rising too. When you add this specific kink into the mix it comes with the expectation that non white men are submissive, full stop. 1. The forums are very small schism of the Bleached community. 99% of people in Bleached only go to the front page or search up specific tags. You have to be a little crazy to come here. So a lot of what you see people talk about on here is a small minority.

Basically, it falls down to preference as sexuality is a spectrum.
There are some straight men who are only attracted to cis females and those who are attracted to any hyper feminine presenting individuals. This is why I think femboys are generally liked, and even why some strait guys are open to trans women.
However, while bisexuals (like me) are into them, some aren’t due to them being more into masculinity when it comes to their men. It just depends.
