No though in all seriousness there's a lot of stuff you can do to actively make yourself look better - women have it way easier than men do in the dating scene because no matter what body type or personality ( no matter how toxic ) a woman has there is an army of men who find that shit hot so it takes minimal effort to meet [X] body standard. Last I checked (1 week ago) I was at 5'0 150 lbs. I was originally at 154 but I managed to burn some fat off with exercise.

Dad bod can be considered ‘built’. At least if it’s not just straight up fat. There’s a certain level of strength in the body of even an unfit dad, that most people I think are referring to when they say dad bods.
What I understand a dad bod to be, is just a man who used to be fit like a lot of young men, that by being married and/or working a job and doing all kinds of other things, let’s themselves go significantly to the point where bodyfat creeps over their previously well built frame, though underneath the chub or whatever there’s still a significant degree of muscle and power. And that’s what women like, because some women do like their guys a little husky and hunky.
Women tend to like a variety of weight and body compositions in men tbh, BUT at differing stages in their life. But that’s an unrelated side tangent that would only serve to further derail the thread, lol.

Really, what guys usually call "bear mode" is what women are calling a dad bod right now. It's an elite bodybuilder physique. I will say however, I actually have better luck when I'm relatively fat rather than relatively slim at getting women. I think it's substantially because when I'm fat I tend to date fat chicks more though. Slim girls have very strict standards. Being slim alone doesn't cut it.

White women definitely have the easiest time getting laid. I almost never meet non-White women who have the simp armies and busy DMs with 10+ dudes you see with White girls.
