It's because boxers are comfortable and loose. I, as a man, wear boxers because my shit swings and I want some room. Black girls have more ass than Christ's manger, so they'd probably need somewhere to fit it.

If i had to guess it's because gang culture +masculenity. Black women tend to be the most masculinized/high T and least sexualy dimorphic mentally on average.
I have a theory that whites have the most sexual dimorphism of any race because of the neanderthal genetics. Basically, the neanderthal man passes down the Y gene, something you can only get from the father. Neanderthals, being more desirable partners for early human women, would've passed their genetics on like that. Therefore if you have XX chromosomes you'd have less neanderthal genes, hence why white men and white women have a larger height gap and more physical differences. Or something like that, I haven't refined or researched this much since it came to me in a dream.
