This is kinda two questions, since those two things are typically on separate sites.
And no, you can't say bleachbooru. We get it. This is the best site with the best hentai and @GorgeWBussy is the best moderator of all time and I want his babies. Give me a different answer.
I know I'm gonna get dogpiled on for this but for hentai I find rule34 to be the best hentai site, you can find whatever you want by tag mixing, there's no stupid limit on how many tags you wanna mix and you can filter out stuff you don't like - the sheer amount of shit that gets posted there means that most of the time no matter how specific the porn you want is you can find it , only issue is their obvious bias against bleached and the sheer amount of AI spam. I've seen some fellow gooners say that you shouldn't use R34 anymore but they'll just tell you to use gelbooru which doesn't get the job done for me.
Best PORN site for me is either Xhamster or Eporner - they're not owned by pornhub's parent company and tend to have some great stuff on there, if it wasn't for the fact Eporner sends you to about 3 million other sites it'd be my #1
that being said it does kinda weird me out that there aren't any good porn piracy sites - there was "HITBDSM" for a while last year but it got nuked off the face of the earth , what's weirder is that pirated japanese porn (or "JAV" ) is really easy to find full 2 hour pornos of but western porn not so much.

Yeah rule34 may have it's issues but the tagging system is goated. Gelbooru doesn't have the sheer volume of content. It's only real benefits are:
- little/no ads (only matters if you're a scrub who still doesn't have adblock)
- complete ban on AI art
- loli/shota is allowed (only good if you like that kinda thing)
also shout out to exhentai. bit of a pain to log in and they have similar issues with AI slop but it's a great site for finding exclusive hentai.

yea, rule34 is just the best layout, however the amount of cringe comments, AI blacked, and gay furry nonsense is cringe. Then they have the idea to not allow loli as some moral claim or something, where it's filled with anime girls being raped by horses and other wierd things. This coming from a person who doesn't prefer loli content, i just think r34 is too degenerate to have an excuse to ban it. My personal opinion is the rule on this site is like the perfect balance, no pedos posting, and no cringe pedo rp stuff, but it still allows loli. It's the perfect balance since other sites are all or nothing when it comes to it. Allow the loli stuff but ban pedos.
Rule34.xxx has a blanket ban on my content lmfao. It’s moral pearl clutching because I had a picture of Erich Von Manstein out of focus in a small picture frame behind Mercy. That and they did not like telling people with the name “BBCbull69” to fuck off when they bitched about my content.
I would say Pixiv for sure.
Rule34 used to be good like 4 years ago now there are bunch of retards forcing some changes and leading that site into collapse. I don't even know if someone moderate that site anymore. Lots of arts that break their ToS sits with status flagged almost like leaving them like that to not get more problems with another reports. Another group of retards are those from blacked there which first go to other posts and try to make themselves look like victims. Imagine if those people would be against racism this would be quite hilarious to piss off people around and make everyone hate blacks even more. Most of those who make comments about shit dicks obviously are not even black. Also when someone black or female write lots of stupid stuff it takes them ages to ban such person. I left best thing for last. You know here loli/shota arts are allowed on Rule34 they are not, but here is one trick they are allowed if those are so called cubs. I can't even comprehend how stupid they are to make something like that and if someone points this lack of logic they get pissed off and ban such person. Also people who upload their arts on Rule34 do not bother to even tag their shit properly if I'm heterosexual male I need to input 20 tags to remove gay stuff and futa.

For porn, I'll be honest. I'm kind of a basic bitch, I don't watch much porn. Xvideos has stuck with me through thick and thin, and they've (mostly) stayed good I think. So that's usually my go-to. occasionally I'll try motherless, but it's pretty iffy.
Motherless's biggest strength (and it's biggest weakness) is it's loose moderation. You can find anything legal on there, so if you're into some hardcore shit it's probably on there. Unfortunately that means you'll see stuff you probably really don't want to see.

That's really fucking dumb. I do like the tagging system on there but I had to blacklist any tag I could think of to stop seeing blacked shit and I still get it regardless.

Pixiv does offer a 'mute tag/work' feature that allows you to blacklist keywords or certain pieces you don't like. Only downside is that it's a premium feature but I use pixiv enough regularly for finding work to edit that I don't mind spending the $5/mo on it.

See it's funny how you bitch about they got rid of shota/loli which are arguably 10X worse but then bitch that R34 has furry porn. I don't like either of these things but you can't pick and choose what's acceptable and what's not , either censorship is bad or they have the right to selectively censor what they want - take your pick.

I don't see the third point as an actual point towards gelbooru & while a blanket ban on AI-art is nice it takes me like 5, 10 seconds to add " -ai_generated" to the search tags. I just find r34 to be the best site for hentai, you can find almost anything regardless of how depraved rather easily and I often use tag mixing to find inter-racial with white doms rather easily.

The problem is that a lot of AI stuff is just spam. There is a reason sites in the past would ban spam/bots and AI stuff is botting behavior. Things arent infinite, having a quadrillion bots take up space and time for other things.
