I know of Afrobull that i believe never draws stuff with black guys, but what are other artists like him? Not bleached artist but just artists that seems to avoid drawing black guys.

Kimmy77 as far as I know hasn’t used black men, though most of his stuff doesn’t include males or even outright intercourse. Most, not all.
Bouqetman DOES use black men but he’s pretty consistent and fair with making both black and white versions so just blacklist it and you should be fine.
Someone by the name of Akiyamaryo hasn’t featured black men for quite a while as far as I know, and it was extremely rare that he did. He mostly only makes material for Dead or Alive characters though, particularly Mai Shiranui.
If you’re okay with AI art, StuffyAI and Balecxi have only ever used white men, though there have been some Blacked edits that you’ll run into if you search their name alone, but they themselves weren’t responsible for that I don’t think. There are some others I know of but I’m going to assume you’re not interested in AI art.
I’m going off of what I’ve seen on r34 and or gelbooru so I don’t know if they’re different elsewhere.
