To clarify this question, which race would have all of the females and the more effeminate of the boys would actively abandon their men and worship white man’s cock?
My vote is on the Tau from 40k. According to a first hand account, despite being a small species “ the Tau males are really overcompensating with their high-tech weaponry and the Tau females have a tendency to lust for 'greater goods”

Elves are almost always made with he intention of a couple things:
1. Making them highly attractive in lore for seemingly no other reason other than to appeal to whites, mostly with a feminine bend to their societies and hyper-feminine form to their bodies.
2. Pairing them off with almost always strong alpha white men in the narrative as a good thing to emphasise the fact that the most feminine of women are claimed by the most masculine of men.
3. Ensuring that elves stand out from other fantasy races insofar that they relate so much to humans physically and biologically, but act as a support kind of race in their abilities and purpose in contrast to other races and men, as it is a woman’s role to (in a feminine way) support the man in relationships.
I am personally however more in favour of hot darkskin animal-girl tomboys so it’s whatever lol.
