To be more clear with my critique of your position: the studies you cited point to the fact that tensions increase and feelings of community cohesion decrease in mixed communities. This is due to the different groups not trusting each other. This could be solved if people started trusting one another. You haven't cited empirical problems that arise solely from the presence of a specific racial group, only from tensions between groups.

It takes billions upon billions of dollars to socially engineer people in this way, so that they run counter to their very nature, and their natural desire for Ethno-Cultural self-preservation & homogeneity. My school teachers tried to engineer me, to run counter to my nature, for the *entire length* of my education. Current science is debating on how much of cognitive differences between racial groups are caused by genes, and how much is caused by environment. It's called the nature versus nurture debate. We do know that it's greatly influenced by the environment, but we also know that nature plays a significant role as well. You could say an individual exception disproves a rule, but to me that's just complete retardation, I'm afraid.
