To give the OP some help and what actually helped me, is that you have to understand that pretty much all addictions, especially in regards to neurochemically dependent addictions are just bad habits that your body urges you to do because you've been doing them for so long. You'll probably have a very habitual time and place with where and when you masturbate to porn. The trick is to both avoid these times and places, and/or replace them with healthier habits. For me it was being physical, I took up boxing, and going to the gym when I used to habitual fap (around night time) and due to the neural pathways that exercise does to the body, it basically rewired my brain's habit/addiction to fapping to instead yearn to do healthy things like exercise or drink well, eat something good etc. It doesn't have to be something physical, at least I don't think it does, but I imagine you'll have to occupy that zone of time where you're most likely to fap with something else, and make sure that you don't fall victim to your bodies' urges. Its compelling I know, and you WILL fail a lot during the first few times but the important part is to NOT GIVE UP, and also never beat yourself up over relapsing, that doesn't help either because it furthers feelings and sentiments of despair and hopelessness. It's never too late, and it's never too hard, don't think of it as some sort of insurmountable existential threat, take it one day at a time, and slowly ween yourself off of watching blacked at the very least.
